I’m a South Carolina native and have lived in Charleston for over a decade with my husband, our two daughters, and our very active dog. When I’m not painting, my family and I are likely eating at our favorite Charleston restaurants, playing at the beach, helping with homework, hanging with our neighbors, or watching Parks and Rec or The Office for the 700th time.  In another life, I would be a writer for Saturday Night Live- but not an actual cast member because I lack any real stage talent or singing ability.  I cannot wink, I think mezcal tastes like an old shoe, and I absolutely will not watch anything scary, suspenseful, or violent. I don’t have any food allergies (#blessed), and I love to read but I’m painfully slow at it. My ideal day would involve a good workout, brunch with my friends, a drink by the ocean, and dinner with my family. Oh and I’d in bed by 9:00.
